Learn About The Main Company Planted Here By The Chinese Government To Steal Our Most Important Technology.

United States Office:
AVIC International USA, Inc.

The Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate headquartered in Beijing.

The Chinese copycat airforce is one of the greatest thefts in world history.
Unfortunately, the U.S. Government has a poor history of prosecuting lawbreakers who get away with unspeakable massive ripoffs like this one.

China’s Copycat Airforce Ripoff
As President of AVIC International USA Inc., Sherman Xuming Zhang (Zhang), a spy-trained Chinese government employee, was sent to the United States with one mission. To acquire aviation technology by whatever means possible, including theft.
China’s AVIC International is the largest military aircraft manufacturer in China building the majority of China’s military aircraft.

Over the past 30 years, AVIC has built a substantial, modern air force, by stealing the designs, by various means, from both U.S.A. and Russia illegally acquiring the best and latest military technology in the world.

AVIC International USA Inc. is the company that the China spy Zhang created here in the United States. In addition to the ongoing military aircraft ripoff scheme, recently AVIC was caught stealing solar technology from a Dallas-based company. After losing a court battle AVIC was ordered to pay over $70 million in damages.

In an effort to cheat the Dallas firm out of the judgment, and to going back to the secret theft ripoff AVIC recently filed bankruptcy in Los Angeles. All part of the ongoing scam AVIC and Zhang have engaged in against the United States since his arrival.

The Frightening Collapse of American Manufacturing Since WW2

The erosion of America’s manufacturing sector intensified over the decades, as industrial production posted a steep drop year-over-year.

Comprising roughly 12% of U.S. gross domestic product (GDP), the manufacturing sector has been in firm retreat for decades due to globalization and the rise of so-called private equity firms. Private equity is said to have killed some 600,000 retail jobs over the past decade. Their suppliers have also been hit hard.

While many economists have attempted to portray this in a positive light, arguing that the United States has shifted towards a knowledge-based economy, the labor market decline has given way to a nearly equal increase in China manufacturing market share.

Manufacturing’s share of employment has also dwindled throughout the decades. Now, less than 10% of Americans are employed by the sector, down from roughly a 33% in 1947.

China’s Intellectual Property Theft Must Stop

We must hold China accountable for a decades-long assault on the intellectual property of the United States and its allies.

For too long, the United States has treated China as a developing nation to be coaxed and lectured, while tolerating its bad behavior as merely growing pains. There has been an expectation that as China’s economy matures, it will of its own accord adopt international standards in commerce, including protection for intellectual property. There has also been a tendency to excuse mercantilist behavior, including industrial espionage, as a passing phase, and to justify inaction as necessary to secure Chinese cooperation on other, supposedly more important, issues.

Chinese companies have stolen trade secrets from virtually every sector of the American economy: automobiles, auto tires, aviation, chemicals, consumer electronics, electronic

trading, industrial software, biotech and pharmaceuticals. Last year U.S. Steel accused Chinese hackers of stealing trade secrets related to the production of lightweight steel, then turning them over to Chinese steel makers.

For decades, successive American administrations have concluded that some level of exposure to China’s depredations against our intellectual property is simply the cost of doing business with the world’s now second-largest economy. This is not acceptable. Although China is an important trading partner with the United States, it is imperative to establish a fair and level trading environment.

China Directs State-Owned AVIC to Pilfer and Build Knockoff Military Aircraft

China eliminates expensive R&D costs and gets the latest technoloy for free

The vast majority of US military aircraft designs, including fighter jets, helicopters and transport models, were stolen under the presumed direction of Sherman Xuming Zhang, president of AVIC International USA. The plans for F-35 (shown at right) were stolen and the China proxy criminal is now serving time in prison.

Report: China’s New COMAC C919 Jetliner Is Built With Stolen Technology

The C919 is a relatively new narrow-body jet built by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC). It’s also apparently the beneficiary (and to some degree, the result) of massive hacking operations undertaken by the Chinese government and a government-affiliated hacking group, dubbed Turbine Panda.
